                                                   People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right home can be a happy, but, stressful experience.

First,  To be honest I have never been too fond of Traditional Real Estate.  I have always wanted to think outside the box, be creative, and really help my buyers.  I work with the builders, and make every effort to negotiate the best possible terms. As an experienced New Home Specialist I can save you thousands on the purchase of your new home! I sit on site for local builders and currently work with all area builders to give you every possible advantage of getting the best deal available.  Many builders have incentives that can be passed on to you!  You may also not know that builders pay agents for selling their homes so there is never a cost to you.  This is all the more reason to be represented by an experienced New Home Specialist.  In this economy many builders are wanting to clear out their homes.  I receive many emails every day with their promotions  and closeout deals.  Send me a location you are interested in and I will let you know what is going on in that area!

P.S. Another important thing to remember: When you are ready to physically tour properties, email me and I will register you with the builder.  I can then tell you what incentives they have and counsel you in order to get the best deal.  Every builder is different and must be approached in the appropriate manner.  Also remember that a builder pays me to market and sell their home.  You never pay me anything.
